Fielding Gardens
offers a nice variety of one and two bedroom apartments.
One bedroom apartments are as follows:
Senior Citizen (age 55 and older) - $630* per month
Non Senior - $645 per month
Senior Citizens (age 55 and older) - $720* per month
Non-Senior - $735 per month
*Senior Citizen prices are discounted $15 per month.
Periodically, we offer Move-In Specials for qualified applicants.
Our rental prices include heat and hot water.

The normal lease term at Fielding Gardens is one year. We occasionally offer short-term leases (see our Specials section for specifics). Please contact us by email or call the office at 585 225-5990 for more details.
Fielding Gardens has ample off-street parking. We do not have assigned parking, however, handicap parking spaces are provided for those with special needs.
Our apartments are not handicap accessible. If you need minimal stairs to climb, we have a limited number of street level two bedroom apartments. We also have one and two bedroom garden apartments (only four steps down) on the same level as the laundry facility.
Section 8, DSS or Housing Subsidy
We're sorry, but we no longer accept new Section 8 applications and we do not accept DSS or other subsidized housing vouchers.

We allow cats only, dogs are no longer accepted. One cat is permitted per apartment with permission of management. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 is required. There is also an additional monthly fee of $10.
The security deposit is equal to one month's rent unless a Security Deposit is offered for qualified applicants.

Application Fee
There is a $25.00 application processing fee.
In processing your application we will 1) print your credit report, 2) verify your income, and 3) contact your current and/or previous landlord (if applicable).
Additional information may be required. After a final review by the landlord, you will be notified of your approval status.
The application process takes approximately 48 hours providing the application is thoroughly completed and verification requests are received in a timely manner.
